What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at support@letluxuryin.co.uk if you want to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 14-Day Refund Policy.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at support@letluxuryin.co.uk and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card, or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@letluxuryin.co.uk and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within three business days).

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping to the UK Mainland. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are all not included within our free delivery service. Please contact us for a quotation.

At the moment, we don’t ship internationally.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders require 1-2 business days of handling time before being shipped.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the email confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, confirmation credit card authorisation, and shipping/billing information.

We will process your order as soon as possible (1-2 business days handling time). You will receive an email confirming it has shipped once it leaves the warehouse.

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped (which requires 1-2 business days of handling time), your order will arrive within 2-5 days with free shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. This message will confirm your order is in our system and that your payment method was approved for the purchase. We will not charge your card until the item is shipped unless it is a backorder and we need to hold an item for you. Your order is processed and shipped as soon as it is received!

The majority of orders will ship via one of our third-party freight carriers. If your order has an item shipped by a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a kerbside delivery time.

How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to the checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.

You will receive an immediate order confirmation, and we will process your order immediately.
